Our goal is to achieve stringent tolerances and alignment in the manufacturing of each mold base program. CIENNE MECCANICA performs all manufacturing processes of the mold bases making – milling, roughing, finishing, drilling and grinding – through state of art CNC machines (CNC) and machine tools.
We use laser controls (Balbar testing) to configure our CNCs and equip them with the latest high-quality tools, from anti-vibration boring bars to high-performing cutting tools. Our CAM division uses advanced CAD/CAM software that optimizes the creation of the mold base manufacturing program.
Our production division has been equipped with a climate control system for an ideal working environment and an increased overall quality of our operations, including CNCs’ operating conditions.
